The Life Transformation Group is a team of psychotherapists sharing a passion for significant, deep and permanent changes in the lives of our clients. 

Our mission is to care for your very real concerns, to use our wisdom in understanding the roots of your issues, and to use our skills in facilitating personal transformation in your life.

Our main office is here in Mississauga to provide couple counselling, individual counselling, life coaching and psychological assessments for clients from Toronto, Oakville and Brampton as well as Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.   

Psychotherapy

Anna B. Wolanczyk Ph.D. is a trained and experienced Psychotherapist and Counselor, with well established experience in individual, couple therapy, and psychological assessments. Her research for her Ph.D. in psychotherapy involved resilience in relation to depression.

Her approach in psychotherapy is to open her awareness as fully as possible to explore her client’s inner self, listening with understanding, compassion and empathy and a lot of life experience.

The main three modalities used in her practice are: Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic therapy. 

Her specialities include: depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and personality disorders. She has ten years experience in working with couples and providing relationship therapy. 

George Hartwell M.Sc. will work with you in individual therapy to deal with the ways you undermine what could be a life of love, peace and joy. His joy is to provide an effective process of emotional healing and life transformation. George also provides couple therapy based on the attachment focus on Sue Johnson called Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy.

The Life Transformation Group uses those therapy processes which will best achieve your goals in a safe, rapid and effective manner.  This means that the therapist will use skill, training in the interview process to bring insight to bear on the real reasons for depression, anxiety or suffering in our client’s life.  This includes identifying barriers that hinder the achievement of a satisfying life and searching for the internal resources – called resilience – that you may use to reach your goals.
